Diane and her staff have walked/cared for my 2 young dogs for a year and took care of my old golden retriever before them. They absolutely love the dogs as if they were their own and are loved back by the animals. I trust them with my dogs and house. Paw Prints is a company with a big heart, which is also very professionally run.
Perfect service and very happy, secure dogs!! Jamie came four times a day for one week, then four times a day over a long weekend to look after our dog, rabbit, guinea pig, bearded dragon and fish (they were boarded during the previous vacation). She had to deal with workmen in the house almost every day we were gone and there was never a problem. First we were having floors done, and then we were installing new insulation, so things were somewhat chaotic but I never had to worry. Diane, the owner, was very reassuring and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use their services again! Jason comes midday on the days I cannot get home for lunch. I have three dogs which he lets out in the yard to do their duty and run around a bit. He brings them in, wipes their feet when needed and gives them a treat before he leaves. He stays about 20 minutes. Overall, Paw Prints is a very reliable company. Diane the owner, is very reliable in scheduling and I never have to worry that someone cannot or will not show up. I used a company before that would tell me that there were days they could not come. If you are counting on a service and they do not come, it is a huge inconvenience. The dogs really like Jason.
Diane was very nice and was able to give special care to my cats. She came to my house twice daily while I was on vacation. They each needed medication which she was able to do. She cleaned the litter boxes and fed the cats. Additionally, she collected the mail and rotated the lights on in the home to make it look like someone was home.
